Voice OTP - The new authentication method for your Everest account
For enhanced security, we are excited to offer you a new way to authenticate your identity and payments.
- Use a voice one-time password (OTP) to log in to your everest account
Authentication is an important step in the sign-in process, so we want to make it easier for you to access your everest account as quickly as possible.
From now on, you have an additional security feature in the sign-in process. As your verification method, you can opt for using a voice one-time password (OTP) to complete the identity authorization process in case you do not receive the text message via SMS.
How to proceed with the identity verification via voice call to log in to your everest account:
1. To log in to your everest account, please visit the following page: https://account.everestcard.com/
2. In case you do not receive a text message within 30 seconds, you will have an option to select a One-Time Password via Voice Call.
3. Click on “Voice call with a code” and you will receive a call along with a 6-digit security code.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code in the box and you will be redirected to your everest account.

The need of identifying and verifying users and processes is one of the most important capabilities for payment transactions. The objective is to ensure that the payment transaction is being effectuated by the correct user while protecting their privacy and data integrity.
In order to ensure the correct user is executing a transaction, we added a voice (OTP) one-time password
The same method of authenticating identity is used to authenticate payments, just follow the steps described above to proceed it in a secure way.
Our voice OTP is available in English, French and German. You can request voice OTP in whichever language you feel most comfortable.
